Payment and Shipping

 

Paypal Purchase Protection covers all eligible purchases where PayPal is used, as well as payments made through our website. To take advantage of Purchase Protection, we require, among other things, that accounts to be kept in good standing and ask that a dispute be filed within 180 days of your purchase or payment.

Shipping is done thorugh the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

​Secure Ordering 

 

All Ordering is done through Paypal. We protect you from checkout to delivery and use the latest anti-fraud technology to help spot problems before they happen. We never reveal your financial info to sellers. And if something goes wrong with an order, we’ll investigate. If your transaction qualifies for Purchase Protection, we’ll reimburse you for the full purchase price plus any original shipping costs. Return shipping costs are not covered by Purchase Protection.

How do I make a refund request?

 

While most issues can be handled successfully through basic open dialogue with the supplier, after all both parties greatly benefit from a favorable business relationship, sometimes certain situations must be escalated into more formal requests.

 

By opening a dispute, buyers are officially stating they are dissatisfied with some aspects of their orders and want the supplier to take immediate action to remedy the situation. Items Purchased Are For EXCHANGE ONLY. Exchanges Must Be Executed With-In A 7Day Period of Delivery. 

 

An Open Dispute is made if:

Goods are not received (confirming date varies by choosing different courier services) after supplier has confirmed order has shipped.

 

Goods are not received in satisfactory condition

By filling out the form provided in this process (Go to Contact Us), buyers can explain the issue with the order and request an exchange, a partial refund, or in rare cases a full refund.

 

How do I Open a Dispute

You can open a dispute from the 6th day after the seller ships out your products up to the day the order is completed.
